Wendy Householder brings regulatory and transactional experience to her role as paralegal with BT Attorneys’ business and transactions practice. Since joining the firm in March 2024, she has supported clients and attorneys by preparing and reviewing key documents, coordinating due diligence, streamlining complex transactional processes and helping maintain regulatory compliance. Her background equips her with a strong understanding of both the legal and operational aspects of business, allowing her to keep projects moving with accuracy and efficiency.
